Travel guidance to Liuheng Island

I'm not clear if China telecommunications has good coverage in Liuheng island or not.
The prepaid card cost differently, like rmb100, rmb200 or even more. Anyway, you need to go the outlets to buy the card. Why don't you get the very correct info there? You'd better have a friend or workmate who could speak Chinese with you when going there.

I will be there in Haozhou Hotel near to shipyard. Anyone been this hotel before ?
