Your parcel was sent to you on 2015-02-04. It usually takes 15 days at most. Please check it at the post office. If it didn't come, I am afraid that it was delayed or lost on the way.

You should try to contact your sender and ask whether it is a real one. If he/she says Yes, then you are scammed.

According to China Post, it takes around 30 days. So I think you need to wait for another two weeks and see if it will arrive then.
