I was waiting for a package from China (sent by EMS) and it got turned around at customs since something was missing on the label. Now it's been back in China for a few days and displaying the following:

2012-04-22 19:15:31 BEIJING Arrival at Sorting Center
2012-04-23 02:27:27 BEIJING Despatch from Sorting Center
2012-04-23 09:23:11 BEIJING Arrival at Sorting Center

So it's been in/out of customs and then in a sorting center... and nothing more. The seller doesn't seem to want to contact EMS (I'm guessing it's not as common in China to deal with that?) and keeps telling me it should be with them "soon", but I'm starting to stress out. Should I consider this lost? Or is it truly normal? I wish I could call China Post but the international number doesn't work for me. I get disconnected whenever I press '9' for English customer service. I don't want to pester my seller either, but I really wish I had some answers. Anyone has experience with this?

Again, this is an item that went BACK to China. I'm waiting for it to be delivered to the seller, not to an international location. Thanks!

Where are you? The EMS claims that it takes around a week from China to US. But many packages are delayed for unkonwn reason in many cases.

Confirm with the seller that he offers you the real tracking number. If necessary, ask him to show you the receipt he received when he sent the EMS package.

My tracking number is EE562500861CN - can anyone speak to EMS about this please - I do not speak mandarin unfortunately.

It was collected on Monday from the seller and there has been no update since - what is going on please. Do EMS normally wait a long time before they export the items - is it possibly because the seller paid for cheap shipping?

Could this be a scam even though the package is showing as collected?

GUEST7836	GUEST25369, Your item was collected(WUZHONG) at 2012-11-26 16:17:00 PS: Wuzhong is in Suzhou City, China. Don't worry. Since you could track it online, your package should be dealt with EMS.
