GUEST20020	Tracking number EA569398742CN is not showing as shipped when I check the EMS site. Already contacted the sender; they're looking into it. Is there any way I can find out if it's shipped? Shipped on Sunday, it's now Wednesday. Thanks!

You'd better ask the sender when you can have their response. If it was shipped by the EMS, there should have been tracking innformation on their official website. You need to force the sender to look into your case. If he can't give a satisfying answer, you may ask to retrieve your money.

GUESTKENISHA	I ordered something from china and the website for the tracking says it has dispatched from the sorting center and it's posting. My tracking number is: EA031497024CN. It hasn't been updated since 07/28/2014 and it is now 08/04/2014. Please help me

It was sent to Chicago on July 28. I think it should have arrived. Please vsiit local post office to check whether it arrives.
