Can't find my package on EMS

GUEST13670	I ordered a jacket on December 12 and received a confirmatino email that it had been delivered on December 14 but it has not arrived yet. EMS confirmation # is EE626210025CN, it says "no tracking or overdue tracking" when I try to look up the status.

GUEST33183	I ordered from company on 12.23.12. They gave me tracking number EE392262025CN. When I look it on www.ems.com.cn it always says "No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking." Can anyone help?

If you didn't get any information after you were informed that it was sent around a week ago, please contact the sender if he gave the right tracking number. By the way, many people who bought online have been scammed.

Someone says that it takes about 10 days from China to Cyprus. But I heard that it took longer time. There is another possibility that your package might be lost.

Ask the sender and see if he/she can contact EMS China and know what happened to your package.
