GUEST37251	I ordered a item on March 9th. I have been messaging them ever since and not a word back from anyone. All I got was a tracking number when the allowed time for shipment was going to expire for them. However, the tracking #RI114757685CN does NOT show up here in the US or there. Can you help?

GUESTGUEST1012	Hello Have checked on the China Post EMS web site for last week for EX012452277SG but it does not show ,only "No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking. " Some other pages also show no tracking but recognise it as a Singapore package but company is in China (mainland) . Any information available? Thank you

Your parcel was actually sent from Guangzhou to you on March. 29. It takes 13 to 18 days to arrive. You need to wait for it patiently.
