I tried looking it up on their track and trace service but nothing comes up only "No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking." comes on....I'm really surprised at the lack of any real time updates unlike other couriers like FedEx, DHL and others that give real time updates. my tracking number is: EE517796600CN
