Where exactly are you going in Huizhou? There're buses run by Eternal East from Hong Kong airport to various locations in Huizhou. Departures at 1045, 1130, 1230, 1315, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1730, 1830 and 1930. Fare is 200 HKD, journey time up to about 4 hours depending on your final alighting point.

Yes, there are. You could go to the city long-distance bus station, provincial long-distance bus station or Tianhe long-distance bus station, whichever suits you better.
