When you go to China you do not have to bring a converter for electricity. Most sockets are the same as the European (two holes) and the voltage is 230 volts. So save some money on not buying a converter. Muslim Quarter Xian | Xi'an | May 18, 2004 04:50
When you plan to visit the Muslim Temple in the Muslim Quarter, you can also visit het small and narrow souvenir market streets nearby. Always bargain for good prices. (about 20 percent of original price). They have got a lot of nice souvenirs. A lot of the "old" souvenirs is fake and brand new... But it is fun to bargain and look around at the souvenirs.
