Nice and cosy Bar restaurant called BUDDHA BAR has just opened next to Kempinsky Hotel on Xi Bin He Lu (Qing Nian Gong Yuan subway station exit A). Good Music, friendly and warm atmosphere. Providing draught Erdinger (only one in Shenyang) Guiness and Carlsberg as well as many other kind of beers spirits and cocktails. Soon opening a japanese restaurant on the second floor, chef has worked in NY for 8 years and is a master in sushis, sashimis, teppanyakis etc...

I was there for the "Open Micro" evening, was really fun, one girl was playing guitar (nice voice), then chineses and americans did some poetry. By the end of the night every one knew about all the customers (Germans, Chineses, English, French....as far as I can remember). The place officially close around 2 am, but the 2 co owners will let you stay for another drink without any problem. I strongly recommend this place !
