City apartment living

This is quite a modern building, "notice the airconditioning"
many buildings there do not have such luxury.
The rent for one month cost me a total of 2000 rmb (200rmb per/week and a bond of 1000 rmb. This was unfurnished,with only a tv. My then girlfriend,who is now my fiance helped to furnish it for my 1 month stay.
