Ancient Nanfeng Kiln-Guzao-Xinchuan

On Gaomiao Street in Shiwan Town, Changcheng District of Foshan is the famous Ancient Nanfeng Kiln. For over five hundred years, this kiln has produced the well-known ceramics for which Foshan is popular.

The kiln was built during the reign of Ming Dynasty Emperor Zhengde (1506-1521). Shiwan is the hometown of pottery and porcelain in Guangdong.
