Yonghe Gong (Lama Temple)

The largest Tibetan Buddhist lamasery in Beijing is Yongehe Gong. This temple originally was the palace for Prince Yongzheng of the Qing dynasty. Of major interest are the six main halls, in which Buddhist statues are enshrined, and many ancient incense burners.
