It breaks our hearts sometimes when we see this, but the Government should have tackled this begging-in-the -street problem.Like what Rita says, they have syndicates operating this type of business. |

as in they are being protected as they work. so tourist shouldnt give becos the money will never be realised by the beggar? someone else will be keeping it. right? can NGOs do anything about this? |
