And I'm not unfamiliar with bargaining- I am Chinese after all. And frankly, I didn't ask for your rude response, I asked for help and tips that perhaps I am not aware of since I have been living in Canada for almost 18 years now. And I have done my research, plenty of it. And there is cheap shopping to be done in China since it's all made in China (and I can't believe you don't know that?) I'm just simply asking where abouts outside of Beijing is there cheap shopping. I'm not asking for it to be easy.
