I think we'll atleast book HK, Beijing and a hotel in Thailand in advance. Budget wise, we haven't really set a limit, the ones we have looked at so far has been around £17 per person each night. I'm not sure about where we should stay in HK though, most of the hotels i have been looking for has been in Kowloon, do you recommend staying in central hong kong ?
