7 About 30 minutes bus or subway to city center (the Forbidden City/Tian An Men Square).
8. There is big super-markets and several small ones (24hours) near the apartment building (1 or 3 minutes walk), you can buy good, drink and stuff there.
9. There are a lot of, leisure places and restaurants near the locations that is very convenience.
