China-Japan International Ferry Co., Ltd in Shanghai can offer you a perfect ship called 'Xin jianzhen' to take you from Shanghai to Osaka. The ship departs every Saturday and arrives at Osaka the next day (Monday).

Boarding Place: No.100 Yangshupu Road, Shanhai International Passenger Transport Dock, in Shanghai.

You should take the ship at 11:00 am. every Saturday at the dock. Passengers should be on board 2 hours before the ship departs. And don’t forget to take your passport to talk the ship.

As for the ticket you can buy it at the local dock. If there are more than ten passengers as a group to take the ship, you can get more than 10%’s discount. 30 kg. luggages can be taken by every passenger.

In addition, there is a ship named 'Suzhou' that can take you to Osaka which leaves the dock at 11:00am.every Turesday.

All the above two ships are the good ships in Shanghai sailing to Osaka. So safety will not be a problem.
