I’m not saying you don’t need lawyers. They are necessary evil. Don’t hold your breath because you might need them one day. Lawyers, just like any profession are prone to abuse. Yes, the population needs to be educated. They need to be educated about what their rights are and how to respect other people’s rights as human beings as well. Empathy, respect and compassion ought to be taught to kids. We usually tell our kids it’s wrong to bully other kids. Generally, we are brought up knowing maltreating, abusing or killing another person is wrong, however, there are people who still do it. That’s why there are laws and enforcement.
