Day 2

To Ngong Ping Cable Car, take Island Line at Fortress Hill Station and get off at Central, pass through the underground passage to Hong Kong Station and then take Tung Chung Line and get off at the terminal station. Then walk to Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal to use Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car.

Ngong Ping to Hong Kong Disneyland: use the cable car back to Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal, go to Tung Chung MTR station to take Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay and then take Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland.

From Disneyland to your hotel: take Disneyland Resort Line to Sunny Bay, change Tung Chung Line to Hong Kong Station, pass through the underground passage to Central and then take Island Line to Fortress Hill. Then walk back to your hotel.

PS: I do not think you can have much fun in Disneyland if you plan to visit Ngong Ping and Disneyland together just one day.

Day 3 
To Ocean Park: take Island Line at Fortress Hill to Admiralty, exit B and then take No. 629 bus (HK$10.5) to Ocean Park.

Day 4
To the peak: take Island Line from Fortress Hill to Central, walk to Central Peak Tram Terminal to take peak tram to the peak.

From the Peak to your hotel: take peak tram back to Central Peak Tram Terminal, walk to Central MTR Station to take Island Line back to Fortress Hill and then walk back to your hotel.
