a) You can stay at Seven Days Inn (Chengzhan Railway Station) or Home Inn (Chengzhan Railway Station, Wangjiangmen) if you do not mind. These two hostels are very close to the railway station.

b) You may stay at Hanting Express Hotel(Hongqiaoshuniu, Huxinglu), Home Inn(Hongqiao Airport, Huqingpinglu). They are cheap but you can not get to Hongqiao Railway Station on foot. Taxi cost: about CNY15.

Actually, you can searh hotels near the Hongqiao Airport. It is not far away from Hongqiao Airport to Hongqiao Railway Station.
