We used them for my wife's case and they told us they go to the consulate and argue our case, get an answer the same day, and we will receive this answer in a formal letter 3 weeks later from the consulate. In fact, they do NOTHING, but walk upstairs to submit your paperwork. There is not strategy, they do the same thing you could do if you mailed the documents yourself. And are hella expensive at that. What a sham! And it took them almost 8 weeks to drop off the documents. During that time, the only thing they did was construct the most pathetic, poorly organized and gramatically incorrect 5 line letter I've ever seen. Which means I had to write my own and give it to them to submit, I may have taken them 5 minutes to put together, that was the extent of the work they did in 8 weeks. Still no word as to if my wife passed. They don't get any answers, so we're waiting for the consulate's letter.[/quote]
