here is the message they sent to me :

good  to write to u, the ems company doesnot work well  with our company and we wouldnot  get cooperation with  them, and for our boss get the bet and lose very much ,,we will refund you as quickly as enough,pls send  us your bank information, we will  send the  money back to  u,very sorry  for this

I sent my  bank adress without receiving any response from the company.

Please, Could you help me tracking them to give my money back?

I trusted on them because the are Gold supplier on ALIBABA and I thought ALIBABA can't give GOLD label to a scammers.
