In the current situation this should happen before 2020.)

6-10 are mainly European nations such as Germany and also Israel, the 2 Koreas, Japan, Turkey, Canada, Australia, Brazil. (Nothing much to differentiate between them)

The likes of Indian and Pakistanis should not be considered at all as they have only numbers and nothing else in terms of good technology or overseas capabilities. They are only local/regional military.[/quote]
