The problem is not Japan. The problem are the USA, RUSSIA, ENGLAND AND FRANCE who are the masters of almost all  the Pacific. Specially around Japan - Kurils, Okinawa, etc. is full of Russian and US soldiers...But a lot of Chinese guys can't see this. They know only to afraid of the "dead dog" - Japan and do not sea the real tigers - Masters of the Pacific: USA, FRANCE, ENGLAND and RUSSIA.[/quote]
