I just came back from Beijing for 5 days visit. I was staying at Tian An Rega Hotel closed to Wangfujing. ( website :http://www.tianlunhotels.com/en/hotels/2008519163027_en.asp).

I am very disappointed and annoyed that this hotel claiming 4-star hotel but It was actually worse than 2-star hotel. It was summer time in Beijing and really hot and humid. The whole period that I was staying there, they switched off the Air-conditioning. Every time that I made complaints they will give me thousand of excuses and lies and did not fix it. I paid for 4-star hotel price during high season. Even 2 star hotels will have 24 hours fully air conditioned room. So for the whole period of my stay in Beijing, I was not able to have comfortable and good rest in Tian Lun Rega Hotel. I was sweating so much I could not sleep for those 5 days.

I am really disappointed and furious as I know that Tian An Tian Lun Rega Hotel is a 4-star Hotel and under the Tian Lun International Hotels group.

Please do not get cheated by their website and their claim.

Wise Advice :When you go to Beijing DO NOT stay at Tian An Rega Hotel. (Tian An Tian Lun Rega Hotel)
