I thank everyone that offer to help, I do prefer Girl as I have found them better in guiding without pushing but I still consider any. I really have specific needs in Business and I hope the Factories I have already picked will be the ones I buy from,I say this as I dont expect to have to shop around just meet and choice I already make and negotiate with. The contacts I have speak English.
  I need help with Airport ( have tickets etc ) Hotels, Culture, Phone ( need sim card and call factories for appointments ) ,Transport and a little sightseeing if time, I guess I need companion more then Guide to tell me what to do or How to do Business.
 I dont smoke, I like a few Beers but happy when I drink not nasty. I like to share and learn local culture and not like high Class just clean normal things.
 
 Can you give me some ideas on best areas to stay to be able to walk to good food and other , How much should I pay for Companion/ Guide and should I worry about not getting service?

 It Winter hear now -6 Degress to 14 Degress but warm up soon.
