Chinese woman believe it or not are very different than all other women. They specifically marry for money and not love. They will purposely seek out the richest man they can find in order to be taken care of. It doesn't matter that she was already rich from her film success. She comes from a middle class family in China which in some circles of China might be considered a lower class family. She is making sure that she is set for life and that any children she has are set for life and any existing family is also set for life. Its a 0 sum game for these type of women. They simply want to have it all, they don't necessarily want to buy the world but they want to be able to afford it.

She is not a stupid woman. She is strategically placing herself in a position where she will be able to get any financing for anything she wants. Its all about networking and building contacts. And with Vivi, she can do that without worrying about anyone saying "No" cos he will help convince anyone she wants. But since he is friends with so many film industry people like the Weinstiens and is an investor in Time Warner...(the largest investor at that.)...it won't take much convincing. She is almost strategically placing herself to eventually rise to the top where she can control it all. She will not stay married to Vivi for long I promise you that and even if she does, she will definitely be sleeping around behind his back. 
She will definitely take half his fortune or figure out someway to get enough of it to satisfy her. I don't see love her eyes when they are together, I see love in his eyes, but not hers. I see dollar signs in her eyes.
This marriage is destine for doom. Zhang is nothing more than a gold digger and one of the biggest for sure. I have lost all respect for her. She has no integrity.
