Well, here is my answer. I was the above post 2 weeks ago on Nov 21st with the 3 felonies. I told the truth exactly like so "1994 Had a credit card making device. 2001/2004 Drug transfer/use." There was no more room to put on that single line. I coud not even put the word "trafficking" for the drugs because it used the line too much. I went through a visa service located in Houston called MDVisaPlus http://www.mdvisaplus.com/PassportChildren.html . I agreed with the girl I was seeing that it would be best to use a carrier instead of having my friend in Houston drop off the application. My 3 felonies we major felonies, the first one involved the secret service. The other two were for ecstasy sales of which I still am on probation. I sent a short letter to MdVisaPlus stating my remorse for my actions and how they hurt others and that my past does not represent the changed person I am today, including my current probation in Florida that requires me to adhere to strict guidlines. I also mentioned that my "non-violent past" had no bearing on me being a threat to the people or governement of china and I held no religious beliefs. I had the courier "express" the visa. It was the middle tier. They recieved the Visa on a Monday and had it dropped off Tues and it was approved in Wednesday. I absolutely couldn't believe it. On Nov 28 I recieved the visa and have submitted it to my probation officer who inspected it closely....awaiting for the judge to approve it. I honestly don't think it would have been approved if I had gone through anyone else, including my personal friend of 10 years living in Houston. Both the girl and I were surpised to see they gave me a Multi-Entry Visa valid until Nov 25, 2009 good for 60 day stays. Unreal! AND I TOLD THE TRUTH. If you have no violent crimes I suggest you go through this guy. He was extremely helpful in the process and explaining to me everything. I felt confident from the first call to him. His name is Min Michael Du. My probation office was surpirsed it was approved. I can have my mind clear as I enter Chinese Customs. So there is hope even for someone who has 3 major felonies (the 1994 was a Federal offence). Half of my battle is done, If I don't get approved by my judge, I will be going after I'm done with probation in June. I am so speechless how easy it was to just tell the truth.
