	Single Bed  + Air Conditioner

7. Living Room - 6th floor
	25 inch TV + A set of sofa +  Telephone + Air Conditioning

8. Study Room - 6th floor
	A cumputer table/seat
9. Bathroom - 6th floor
	Shower bath + Sitting WC Pan + Lavabo+ 7*24 hours hot water from Solar and Power

	nothing, it is very clear, can temporary act as bed room.
	
11. terracess - 6th floor
	relax chair, you can sit there for relax or do exercise.

Remark:
A. The expense of water, natural gas, electricity, Airport pickup has been already included in the rent 
B. internet network is anywhere in the house with 1M broadwidth (1M ADSL + wireless router solution), 40 hours free per month, extra internet access time will be charged by 3 RMB per hour.
C. it fit for 6 persons or a family to live here.

rental Rates 
1. Olympic Game period August 1~~September 10th 
	USD $200 per day, Monthly package:USD $3000 per month.
2.Non-Olympic Game period 
	USD $50 per day, Monthly package:USD $1000 per month.
