Our full time english trainers are the lifeblood of our company, and as such are given the freedom and support to develop their personal skills in teaching, curriculum development and student support.

Our schedules ensure that teachers are given ample preparation time for each class, with plenty of opportunities to devote time towards curriculum development and out-of-class student interaction. For teachers who wish to bring their own ideas, the company will provide time, training and if necessary funding to help a teacher create their own curriculum.

As our students are predominantly adults (98% of our students are university graduates), our class schedule peaks around weekday evenings and the weekends: as such the work schedules are as follows:

- Weekdays: PM shift 1:30pm to 9:30pm
- Weekends: AM shift 10am to 6pm

All teachers can have two connected days off during the week.

All overtime is paid pro rata, and a generous bonus scheme not only incentivizes teachers, it also rewards their hard work and dedication.

As a company Aceleader English has all the required documentation to hire foreign teachers, and all of our teachers have fully legal Z visas.
