I just received an offer to teach English in Changsha. The question I have is how much Putonghua can I pick up in Changsha, as say compared to Beijing?

Best regards,

Orton

In Changsha [Hunan] they don't say Hunan province but Hulan :))

The first time I met a guy from there I thought he was from Holland, funny, no? You said they speak Mandarin Chinese?? Haha..

Hey guys, is there a place in the Forum where we can learn some chinese, some useful things for those who live in China, or even more, for those who want to become zhongguotong, hehe?..

..Just got my an A level HSK Diploma. There'll be soon a big party in my home. Welcome to Qingdao!"""
