multiple/single entry visa

First of all would like to say thank you to JABAROOTOO.

Greetings! Thank you very much for the advice on visa. I really appreciate it very much. But one more thing to know, I will be travelling to, like 3 provinces just in one time, I should say connecting travel, is it required to get a multiples visa? My itenerary looks like this. Manila-HK-Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Beijing-HK-Manila. Do I need a visa to each of the 3 provinces that requires a visa?

Hi there,
I can't check my messages and presume it is the same question.
If all your travel in China is connected then you only need single entry.
