GUEST43158	Hi What's the best way (fastes/cheapest) to get to Shenzhen from Guangzhou? From where in Guangzhou should I depart? I was thinking bus from the provibcial station, but I might go for railway since it's faster and cheaper (?) But the lines in the railwaystation were absurdly long last time I went. I couldn't find a bus to take me to Shenzhen, Bao an. So I went via Foshan, not very efficient. I want to go directly from Guangzhou this time. Any help is much appreciated.

GUEST4865	To GUEST43158, D trains are your best choice. You needn't go to the railway station to buy the tickets. There are many ticket sales agents in Guangzhou.

Of course there are buses from Guangzhou to shenzhen in the afternoon. But also there are many trains from Guangzhou to shenzhen in the afternoon. You can check here by typing in the departure and arrival stations: http://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/
