F Visa for Canadain Citizens

Hi,

I want to get a F visa for China.
( 6 - 12 month business visa ) Does anybody know some countries I can go to get this visa. I know I can go to Hong Kong and also Thailand but Im not sure of any other countries. I've contacted various Embassies but they are soooo slow.
