Is there a restaurant in Changsha that sells halal food (or muslim food)?

Abdullah,
China has the largest Muslim population outside the Middle East. these Chinese Muslims tend to be concentrated in the Western region as well as Central Plains ( Hunnan incl ). So finding halal food in Changsha is not a problem.
