You'll like to know that Hong Kong has just opened its Maritime Museum in Stanley -- a little gem of a museum that tells you and shows you how important the sea has been in China's history and the contribution made by Hong Kong, as well as being very informative about modern shipping too. Lots of models and some interactive exhibits. So you see we can think local as well as letting Mickey and Minnie loose in Lantau.
