Best & Worst time to visit mountains

I am considering the following places and would like to know weather-wise when is the worst and the best time to visit. Perphaps I can go in between the two times as I know the best time would also be the most crowded. I would also figure that not all of them would be best to visit at the same time.

Jiuzhaigou
Huanglong
Emei
Qingcheng

Juizhaigou is crowded all the time but.
Nice in June cool, fine and clear.

But all seasons would be great for obvious reasons.
Huonglong Ditto

Emei in summer can be shrouded in cloud but not too crowded and likely to have fine weather.

Qingcheng anytime too but more comfortable in cooler weather.

Spring can be cool, misty and wet in all four places

Just avoid the first weeks of May and October.
