Urban myth? Legend? I am planning to work in Harbin for a year+. I have an apartment, so I will not need to stay at a hotel. I know many of the hotels have "spa/fitness clubs." Does anyone out there know of a good fitness facility in Harbin ... for weight and cardio training? Thank you!
