The only Chinese actress famous is the US is ZhangZiYi and Gongli. And the only famouse actors are Jackie Chan and Jet Li. Most people don't even know who Maggie Chong is. Can someone suggest other famous Chinese/Hong Kongnese actors/actresses? (including a picture would help)

Faye Wang is popular as an actress(Chongqing Express, 2046....), but even more for her singing, I think.
Chow Yun Fat(actor) is famous, too.

My favourite still is Zhang Ziyi;-)

Famous oriental actors in the west...

1. Bruce Lee (Enter The Dragon)
2. Jackie Chan (Rush Hour 2)
3. Jet Li (Lethal Weapon 4)
4. "Sammo" (Martial Law)

Famous Actresses...

1. Kelly Hu (X-men)
3. ZhangZiYi (Rush Hour 2)
4. Qi Shu - Taiwanese (The Transporter)

Generally, none of the actresses are known by name alone. I would have to say the movie name as well.

Bruce Lee is number 1 in my opinion. I've visited his gravestone in Seattle, USA =)
