What is the best way to travel from Hong Kong to Shenzhen with
luggage?
Also, can one easily go back and forth several times from
Shenzhen to Hong Kong (in terms of Visa, that is)? (

Bus, Train and Ferry are all convenient with luggage just depends where you want to go in each place.
You will need multiple entry visa for China if you plan to come in more than one time. Not sure about HK but probably not necessary. It is a popular transit stop and issues visa on the spot.
