To Rita :
Use 1/2 cup white coffee and add 1/2 cup plain english tea. Make both drinks a little strong to get good taste.

Another strange drink we had in Singapore is adding chopped black grass jelly to dou jiang shui (sweeten soybean water). We called this drink Michael Jackson because the colour of the drink is half black and half white. Nice drink.

Susan,

The cancer thing is a myth and considering that most Chinese tea carries too many pesticides, I would go for coffee or imported water.

GUEST17146 I would like to try Coffee mixed with green tea to see how it tastes. I love coffe, and I don't think I could give up coffee, So I guess I'll see how that works.
