Does somebody have a detailled city plan of the city of chongqing with suburbs and details in english ?

is there a link somewhere ?


Where are the best hotels?

What do you need and where will you go in CQ.

It's a huge city but I can skan up some sections of my map. these are redily available with a nominal amount in English and Pinyin

If you do a search yourself you may come across something else although from memory I haven't found anything too comprehensive in my searches

Here's a start at least.
Hotels depend on your budget and where you ned to be Yuzhong distraict is most central and lots to choose from in all price ranges.

e.g. what are "best hotels" in your eyes? 5-star or something cheap and good price-quality ratio?

i need a map of the two jiulingpo and jiangbei districts .

referring to my search of hotels it must be 5 star hotels. if you know any information concerning distance from these ditricts i would be very thankful.

Also ersteinmal ein Tip: das chin. Fremdenverkehrsamt bietet auf seiner Internetseite kostenlos Infomaterial und Stadtkarten an.

Die beiden Stadtteile sind recht groß, hast Du eine best. Vorstellung, wo ein Hotel sein sollte?

Ich würde Dir den Yuzhong District empfehlen, das eigentliche Zentrum von CQ mit dem Hafen für Flussfahrten. Im Zentrum steht das Befreingsdenkmal Jiefangbei - sehr gute Gegend. Wenn Du mit dem Flugzeug ankommst, dann gibt es einen Bus für 15 Yuan der bis zum CAAC büro in Yuzhong fährt. Von dort ist man mit dem Taxi in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.

Für das Gratismaterial geh auf www.fac.de, die schicken Dir die Karten innerhalb 3-4 Tage zu.

It is bi-lingual but we have had a little trouble accessing the map but you may have better computer etc.
They are the official publishers on the public maps you buy around town for visitors to CQ
