the best way is by shuttle bus on high ways.

Take bus from the Longmen Hotel opposite to Shanghai Train Station. Three buses one day. And it can directly take you to Yiwu Train Station which is only 5-minute ride to the International Commodities Fair Hall.
And it only take you 3 hours.
