Any hotel near the new airport?

I will be transiting via guangzhou in a couple of weeks. My flight will be coming in late at night, around 11pm. Does anyone know if there is a hotel near the NEW airport? Or if the airport is open all night so I can just hang around there until my early morning flight out? I am a bit confused because it sounds like the bai yun airport has moved and this is my first time in Guangzhou.
