A good for value Hotel in Harbin

Is there any one who would know of a really good, reasonably cheap hotel in Harbin? Going there next July and would like to make the most of the holiday, no spend money on expensive hotel.It must be clean!!!!!

when I stayed in Harbin,I choose the Yunma hotel,near the railway station!and it is clean,about 150RMB for one room.
