Room For RENT!!!!

My friend is going there for work. she will be assigned somewhere in Wensan Lu or maybe in Chuanye Road, Binjiang. she doesn't know which of the two yet. could somebody here recommend a nice place where she can rent? she only need a room not a condo or apartment.. just a nice cozy room... can anyone recommend a place to stay here? also please give us a prices for the rooms there... so that we know how much to budget... thatnks!!!!
