We are going on a cruise in November from Beijing. I would like to
kwon if it is easy to have us understand in English in Beijing. Do
they accept American money or Euro? Thanks

Sure, most star-rated hotels accept US dollars and Euro, but it's better to change your money into Chinese yuan, and it is pretty convenient.
