This recent report show that China invented the noodle 4000 yrs ago. Wonder what it taste like?

Yes,I am sure Noodle was invented by China,and there are many kinds of noodle,you can find your favorite:-)

By the way, Im still waiting for Chinese fast food chains to open in the west, like this Chinese chain looking like KFC, except that instead of the General you see an Chinese Mandarin as the company logo.....what is the name? And actually what do they offer?

The Japanese have Yoshinoya, for example, spread in HK and Shanghai for sure.

Well, to the point, fast food is crap, but some variety is good for crap, too.
