HI SKUZZY!
My name is An Lei,I'm a local guide in Beijing.I think maybe you will miss the Great Wall, because the nearest section is Juyongguan Great Wall,it may take at least 1.5 hour to get there if there is no traffic jam.
My suggestion is you get up early in the morning, go to the Tian'anmen square, the biggest city center square in the world, later, visit the Forbidden City, about one hour.after that, you can go to the Xoushui Market where you can buy some fake famous brand clothing.then, rush back to the airport, because the east sliding bridge is under repairing, you have to check in 30 minutes in advance than the original time.
If you like, I can be your tour guide,my e-mail address is yahoo.com|laeni1978,Mobil phone :19681274667.
I hope you will enjoy your half day tour in our amazing capital city.
Good luck!
